Tuition and Fees
TUITION AND PAYMENT
The initial non-refundable tuition payment will be due the beginning of May. This payment will cover the May tuition for the
following year and the $50 activity fee. Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of the month starting in September and ending in April.
A late fee of $10 a week will be imposed after the 15th of the month. Payment may be sent in with your child to their teacher or
you may mail your tuition to:

Please be sure to mark your check clearly with the child’s name and days attending.
Two-day: $185 per month or $1665 annually
Three-day: $230 per month or $2070 annually
Four-day: $285 per month or $2565 annually
Five-day: $335 per month or $3015 annually
Kindergarten: $4950 annually / $2475 bi-annually / $550 Monthly
Annual Preschool Activity Fee: $50
Annual Kindergarten Book Fee: $150
Non-refundable Registration Fee: $75
Families with two or more children attending St. James' in the same academic year will be receive a $25 discount per month.
Tuition assistance may be available in certain special situations. Assistance will be considered only for students already
enrolled in the school and who have special circumstances that have arisen during the school year that could terminate
enrollment of the child.
WITHDRAWAL/REMOVAL
In the event it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from St. James' Episcopal School, a written notice must be given at
least 30 days in advance to the Director.
St. James’ Episcopal School reserves the right, without liability to the student's family, to suspend or terminate the student
from his or her enrollment at St. James, if such student's conduct is unacceptable, in the sole determination of the school.
